Terms

• Handover Switch sends emails on a schedule you set. Email can be delayed, filtered as spam or lost, and our server can be down. We work to avoid that, but we can't guarantee any email arrives, or arrives on time. Don't rely on it alone for anything urgent or safety-critical.
• It is not a will, a legal document, a password manager or a medical alert service.
• Don't put passwords, keys or other secrets in your messages. Don't use it to send anything to people who wouldn't want to hear from you, or to send spam; we'll close accounts that do.
• Pro is billed by Stripe, yearly or monthly. Cancel any time; it stays on until the end of the paid period. Full refund if you ask within 14 days of a payment.
• If we ever stop the service, we email everyone at least 30 days before, and you can export your messages.
