Privacy

Handover Switch keeps only what it needs to send your check-ins and, if it comes to that, your messages.

What we store

• Your email address, your name as you typed it, your check-in settings and time zone.
• Each contact's name and email, and the message you wrote for them. The person you name to ask first: their name and email.
• When you checked in, when we emailed you, and whether a check-in page was opened or its button pressed (so we can tell a mail scanner from you).
• If you buy Pro: your Stripe customer and subscription ids. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them.

What we don't do

• No ads, no trackers, no analytics scripts. We count page views per page and day on our own server, without IP addresses or cookies.
• We don't sell or share anything. We don't read your messages unless you ask for support.
• Your contacts and next of kin never hear from us unless your switch reaches them.

Who processes it

• Email is sent through Resend. Payments, if any, through Stripe. The site runs on Tomorrowish's own server behind Cloudflare.

Deleting

"Delete my account" in your account removes your switch, contacts and messages right away. Nightly backups roll off within 7 days. Questions: hello@tomorrowish.dev.
